Dakoda Fandry is a personal injury attorney who was born and raised in Lufkin. He graduated magna cum laude from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Dakoda then attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center. In law school, Dakoda served as a notes and comments editor for the University of Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. Dakoda clerked for Mike Love & Associates during the summer of 2015 where he worked on an appeal pending before the Supreme Court of Texas. While in law school, Dakoda clerked for another personal injury law firm in Houston where he gained an array of exposure to Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. He further honed his advocacy skills through multiple mock trials, moot court, and mediation competitions.
